146049 : Computer Language

Semester: Spring

Offered: 2024

This module is an introduction to computer science and programming as a means for solving problems. The module starts with the most basic programming concepts and gradually works its way to advanced object-oriented techniques. This module focuses on Object Oriented Programming using Java.


146096: Web Programming

Semester: Spring

Offered: 2024

In this module, students will learn the fundamentals of web development. It delves into the design and implementation of web apps with Python, JavaScript, basic SQL using frameworks like Django, React, and Bootstrap.  Through hands-on projects, students learn to write and use APIs, create interactive UIs, and leverage cloud services like GitHub. By semester’s end, students will have the knowledge and experience in principles, languages, and tools that empower them to design and deploy applications on the Internet.

146067 : Business Process Management

Business Process Management (BPM) is the set of concepts, methods, and tools that help organizations define, implement, measure and improve their end-to-end processes.

This module introduces a process-oriented view of the flows of materials, information, products and services through and across organizational functions. All organizations must carefully analyze and document their business processes and must continuously assess the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes to minimize cost and maximize value creation. This module helps students identify information-bearing events, assess and improve process efficiency, learn to model and analyze business processes, and understand the interactions between human behavior and process design.


9490062 : Data Analysis for Electronic Manufacturing

In this course, students will learn the basics of data analysis methodologies to take the most effective decisions based on various types of electronic manufacturing data. In addition, several tasks are carried out using data, to analyze and solve common industrial problems.
